Terms of Service

I reserve the right to refuse any ordersPayment is only through Paypal USD. You must pay half before I start a commission and then the second half after the line art and flat colors phase.
For pieces under $100 the full invoice will be sentThere are only a few slots open at a time since I am a single mama. I will send WIP's throughout the processYou are allowed to have 3 changes throughout the sketching process. There is an extra fee for changes after the sketch has been approvedOnce the piece is finished I will email a full resolution of the pieceIf a commission is for commercial or merchandise use make sure to clarify so you can be charge properly and have copyright usagePrices are subject to change for super detailed pieces or perspective pieces. All prices are the base price

Time Frame/Cancellation & Refund

Commissions will be completed within 7-30 days after the second half of the payment is receivedI reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point if there is bad communication or poor behaviorIf I cannot complete a piece then you will get a full refundIf there is an other reason for cancellation only a partial refund will be given depending on what stage I am at on
the pieceThere will be no refunds after a piece is already finishI have full rights to all commissions I draw, whether its commercial or personal use, for portfolio and social media promotional purposes. If you get a commission that you don't want shared there is a 10% fee for NDA

Tiki's Vtuber/PNGtuber Commission TOS and RulesTerms of Service
I do not accept commissions that do not fit well with my style. If a commission is declined it is because I feel that I will not be able to properly deliver what is asked for, or it does not fit my personal style and preferences. I have the right to refuse any commissionA link to my relevant social media must be made when using or displaying the model. (Ex: credit my username in your bio, description, etc.)Models made by me DO include rights to commercial use.Models made by me are NOT authorized for use in NFT’s, AI art, or any form of cryptocurrency. Models are not for to be resold at a higher price point than what was sold to you.Everything must be paid through Paypal where I will send an invoice with the email you provide. Do NOT send me money in any other way than the invoice that is provided. Payment is done in 2 parts. Half before starting and half after the lineart and flat color stage.I do NOT accept commissions for R-18 content or offensive themes.You will be provided 3 edits during the initial sketch stage, and one for minor adjustments prior to rendering. (Ex: Minor missing details, adjustment of hues, etc.)Commissions will be completed within 1 to 3 months after the second half of the payment is receivedI reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point if there is bad communication or poor behaviorIf I cannot complete a piece then you will get a full refund. Chargebacks due to irresponsible purchasing will automatically result in permanent blacklisting. Full payment must be made prior to line-art and rendering.If I find that my terms have been violated, you will be permanently blacklisted.Minors may NOT fill out the form or make purchases without a consenting adult. The payer will be held responsible if there are any chargebacks/refunds.Please do not hassle me online if you see me drawing and posting other pieces online. Your art is being worked on. I have a right to post other pieces online and continue to grow my platformI have full rights to all commissions I draw, whether its commercial or personal use, for portfolio and social media promotional purposes. I will send sketches for approval prior to starting the final line art or rendering.Changes cannot be made after initial approval unless I have forgotten something that was previously requested. (Ex: forgot a birthmark, earring, minor clothing item, etc.)Be honest and specific when asked for input or feedback on the initial sketch. Any major changes asked for once line art or rendering has started will either be denied or have a chargeTime of CompletionI am an single mother to a young child. Outside of art I have many responsibilities including schooling my child. Because of this, Vtuber/PNGtuber model commissions can take up to three months from acceptance of the initial sketch to be completed.Commissions are made in the order they are received/down payments are paid.A commission slot is not considered filled until I have accepted the commission and payment is made.
